8th Ave and Jackson car crash

Georgetown and Jamestown battle house fire

Tweet On Friday, May 22 around noon, Georgetown Station 1 was called in to assist Jamestown Township on a reported structure fire on Ransom. Upon arrival fireman had smoke showing from the 1st and 2nd floor. The fire was contained to the front of the house.  Fire is still under investigation. Share on Facebook

Blendon Township Requests Mutual aid on Apartment fire

Head on crash on I-196

Tweet Sheriff’s deputies responded to a car vs. truck head-on collison on Interstate 196 near Kenowa Ave SW in Grandville at about 5:30 Sunday morning.  Grandville and Georgetown Township Fire Departments were called to extricate (remove)  the drivers from their vehicles.  Both drivers were taken to Spectrum Hospital, with unknown injuries.  The accident is under [...]
