To provide the highest level of life safety and property protection through prevention, suppression, and education to the residents of Georgetown township. The fire department adheres to the following values: Respect, Integrity , Accountability, Team work and Service.

  • Burning Permits

    We allow a small camp fire in the backyard using clean wood with no permit needed. No brush or garbage allowed. If a complaint is called in, you will be asked to put your fire out. For more information on the ordinance follow the link "camp fires" on the right or call the Fire Chief Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. 457-2340.
