Tweet Station 2 assisted Ottawa County Sheriff department on a 2 car crash where one of the drivers was trapped in her car. The ‘jaws of life’ were used to cut the door off to get the patient out. Minor injuries reported . more pics Share on Facebook

House fire contained to the garage

Tweet Georgetown Stations 1,2, and 3 were called to Brewer Drive on a reported house fire with fire showing from the garage. Upon arrival, the first fire officer reported heavy smoke and fire from the front of the structure. Station 3 quickly knocked down the fire.   • Burning Permits

    We allow a small camp fire in the backyard using clean wood with no permit needed. No brush or garbage allowed. If a complaint is called in, you will be asked to put your fire out. For more information on the ordinance follow the link "camp fires" on the right or call the Fire Chief Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. 457-2340.
