Georgetown Fire assists Walker with Grand River search

Tweet Georgetown Fire Department was called out this morning to search for a possible person seen in the Grand River in Walker, near Johnson Park. After further interviewing of the witness, it was determined no one was in the water and the search was called off. Share on Facebook

    We allow a small camp fire in the backyard using clean wood with no permit needed. No brush or garbage allowed. If a complaint is called in, you will be asked to put your fire out. For more information on the ordinance follow the link "camp fires" on the right or call the Fire Chief Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. 457-2340.
