Sunday night, July 27th around 10:45pm Georgetown fire was called to McDonald’s on Chicago Dr. for a car fire next to the building. The fire was contained to the vehicle with no damage to the building. The driver was unharmed. more photos

We allow a small camp fire in the backyard using clean wood with no permit needed. No brush or garbage allowed. If a complaint is called in, you will be asked to put your fire out. For more information on the ordinance follow the link "camp fires" on the right or call the Fire Chief Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. 457-2340.
